WAT

INTRODUCTION
Word association is one of the projective techniques that are used by the assessors .The test is a test of imagination .The assessment is conducted on the basis of the association of the candidates ideas ,thoughts with the word shown to him .In this test series ,words are shown to the candidates's ideas and he is asked to form a meaningful sentence using these words . Test is extremely useful to to discover emotional feeling tones ,attitudes and problem areas of the individual being evaluated .

PROCEDURE
In this test a series of 60 words are to candidate one by one and he is asked to form a meaningful sentence .Each word shown to him is kept exposed for 15 seconds and within this time the candidate  has to write a meaningful sentence .There might be various ideas and reaction to the word displayed but the first spontaneous reaction gives the true assessment of the candidates thinking process .The time is 15 seconds so that only the natural thoughts of the candidates are recorded in the paper.

    1. Practice makes a man perfect .Practice as much as you can .There is no shortcut to success .The more you practice WAT the more you will feel confident .Have a nice day .

  2. @Anurag- Hey i tell you the secret behind this
    1) After every bunch of good or positive words there will be a very negative word . So while practising take negative words after some positive words.
    2)Try to write as much as positive as much as you can .This can be only done if you have a positive look .So start thinking positively from now on .
    3)More you practice more you feel confident

    1>i have read somewhere that we can convert the -negative word into + positive one,as Hate> love brings peace.
    2> Can we make our self a subject as garden I go to garden daily to keep fit
    3> can we make use of similar word which can be associates with the given word as FLY> MIG 27 is a hawk of sky here the word fly doesnt come

    1. 1)Yes you can surely convert the negative word into positive .2)No you cannot make your self as a subject .Make sure you use third person approach .3)Yes definitely you can make you use of similar words .Have a nice day

  4. Hello sir...Does ssb board keeps our previous attempts PIQ forms and previous attempts SSB marks...where we were lacking in previous attempts...??? I have heard that they have Centralized System to keep records..and they compare previous performance with present one...and as well as they compare previous Piq with present one. Is it true?

    1. @Mohsin -why you guys are worried about your previous attempts ??????Although they keep your previous records they do not have time to check your previous performances .So concentrate on your present ssb give your best and success will be yours .
