Command Task

Introduction
In this task each candidate is given the oppurtunity to be a leader of a group and he is required to command his group in carrying out a given task .The previous tests ,employed by GTO are leaderless group test and they donot reveal the total personality .
Unlike the  group task ,where all the candidates are explained a problem ,in this task the GTO explains the problem to the commander only who is allowed to pick up two candidates out of his group to help him carry out the task entrusted to him.

Procedure
1)GTO will call the candidates in a random sequence and one by one put them through the task .
2)This is the time that a candidate and GTO are all alone on the ground .he may ask him some general questions regarding himself.

5)Do not ask for suggestions from your subordinates .If any one of them speak, ask him to keep quiet .

As a Subordinate
1)As a subordinate you are also under the observation.
2)Obey all the orders .
3)Do not speak to the commanders until he speaks to you.
4)Do not help the commander directly or indirectly.

Individual obstacles

Introduction
These obstacles are 10 in number .They are known as individual obstacles because of the fact that each candidate has to tackle each one of the obstacles individually within the stipulated time of 3 min .These ten obstacles are usually in ascending or a progressive order in as much as the higher or farther one goes the more difficult the obstacles become .
